## Overview

# Responsibilities
- Book in planned works, dealing with trades, clients and customer's in an efficient and professional manner.
- Liase with clients/customers to progress planned works, ensuring an accurate record is maintained utilising internal systems/database.
- Allocate works to trade operatives through our job management system.
- Process client completion certificates and keep up to date spread sheets
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry of work to various systems, filing, and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Maintaining client job system (excel)
- Raising sales invoices through Sage Accounts system
- Assisting with the production and distribution of health & safety documentation and ensuring compliance in this area.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required

# Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential
- Proficiency in computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic accounting principles is desirable
- Familiarity with Sage Accounting software is a plus although training can be given
