**Junior Accounts Payable - Media Agency**

A well-established & friendly media agency are looking for a graduate to join their Finance team as a Media Payables Assistant.

The role offers plenty of training, along with hybrid working (2 days in Southwark & 3 days from home).

**The Role**:

- Review supplier invoices.
- Submit actual invoices to the client teams.
- Media payables and booking queries.
- Twice a month review all supplier invoices to see if funds have been received.
- Requesting statements and bank details, coordinating with Credit Controllers where necessary.
- Processing payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations.

**The Person**:

- Finance Qualification is advantageous.
- Open-minded individual when it comes to decision-making.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with finance and non-finance people.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
