**Key responsibilities**:
- Dealing with complex reception and visitor queries. When required, answer routine telephone and face to face enquiries, sign in visitors and undertake general reception duties.
- Undertaking administrative duties related to the post such as production of letters,reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and MIS systems.
- Assist in the input and production of data and information for the Academy using appropriate ICT packages and databases including production of reports
- Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems
**Pay range**:
NJC Support Scale Range 5-8 (Actual Salary £22,921.59 - £24,032.99, Full Time Equivalent £24,790-£25,992)
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Maths & English GCSE Grades 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent.
- Proven administration experience.
- Good IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and resilience.
