A tenacious, competent and well organised financial services administrator who is working towards becoming a paraplanner is required for our hugely anticipated new wealth management company. This is a hands-on role in an agile, start-up environment.

You will be supported and developed by passionate leaders who are experts in Financial Services.

The sister company to a well-established, successful law firm specialising in wills and probate with tens of thousands of customers, the goal of Right Financial Management is to support customers’ financial aspirations, wealth and inheritance preservation.

Based in the Derby office with potential hybrid working opportunities post training

The office is open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm

The role is employed with a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 (DOE)

Company pension scheme with employer contribution

22 days holiday, increasing with service to a maximum of 25

Key Responsibilities:
You will work as part of a team to enable the wealth planners to maintain and develop their client portfolio by:

- Delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction ensuring the fair treatment of our clients at all times
- Following our firm’s procedures at all times
- Liaising with advisers as appropriate
- Acting as a main point of contact for clients
- Dealing with client queries in an efficient and timely manner making sure that client contact is carried out in a professional and courteous way
- Making sure all client records are retained in line with our data security, data protection and record keeping policies
- Providing support to our firm’s advisers in completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made
- Preparing recommendations, including:

- Identifying and discussing areas with the adviser
- Undertaking relevant research
- Preparing documentation to be reviewed by the adviser
- Preparing draft suitability reports
- Implementing recommendations, including:

- Make changes to client’s investment portfolio when requested to by the adviser
- Preparing and maintaining client files, including:

- Collecting all relevant information to support any recommendations to be made
- Making sure all relevant documentation held within a client file is compliant

Key Attributes
- Motivated to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
- Good knowledge and understanding of the high-level standards expected by the FCA
- The ability to take on and understand the environment we operate in and the issues it raises
- Having a ‘positive culture’ attitude at all times
- Good written and verbal skills as this is a customer facing role
- 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced IFA administrator/paraplanner role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of using other IFA software such as CRM, research solutions, provider sites etc
- Drive to be exceptional; a positive, optimistic individual who will thrive and support others in a new start up environment
- Willingness to undertake and pass professional qualifications, funded by the company (performance linked)

**Salary**: £19,560.86-£30,001.00 per year
