**Head Bartender**

**Up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience**

At Caravan, we share a love of craft coffee, great food and friendly vibes. Over the past 10 years, we have built our award-winning restaurants and roastery and are now looking for a head bartender to join our journey. We believe in pushing boundaries and challenging perceptions, championing people, community, diversity, inclusion and sustainability.

**What you'll be doing as a Caravan **Head Bartender**:

- You’ll be leading the bar team to deliver our ‘Caravan of Love’ style of customer experience
- You'll be serving up our ‘well-travelled’ food and drink, which is inspired by flavours from our founders’ native New Zealand, as well as their global travels
- You will be open to learning in order to develop your knowledge and skills
- You’ll take ownership of your role and thrive in a busy bar
