We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Grimsby Institute in the role of Programme Leader.If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you **About the role** This is an exciting role within the TEC Partnerships Animal Care Department to programme lead our animal management curriculum. The role will be mainly focused on the leading of our higher education programmes (level 4 - 6) in animal management. We haverecently grown our animal management provision in higher education and have a long term vision to continue developing and expanding the curriculum we offer. The post could also include aspects of delivery in further education in line with specialisms and requirements.includes the following responsibilities: - Design, management and implementation of exciting and innovative curriculum - Coordinating programme module tutors and programme level meetings including course and at risk - Preparation for session and outstanding delivery of teaching, learning and assessment. - Supporting the provision of high quality learner experience through all stages of the learning journey - Managing learner cohorts and tracking individual learner progression towards achievement - Identifying and coordinating support to meet individual student needs - Managing recruitment of learners onto appropriate programmes and levels of study. **About the person** The skills, experience and qualifications that we seek for this role include:
