In a period of rapid growth and to support the next stage of growth we’re seeking a tenacious Operations Director to oversee our client’s full turnkey fibre portfolio.

This senior role will lead Fibre teams who are responsible for installation, customer satisfaction, and day-to-day client communication, including supporting Client Management during pre-and post-sale.

Reporting to the Managing Director, and forming part of the Executive Team, you will be working with a proficient fibre team and Client Managers. You will come with a proven track record and be a recognised leader who embodies our client Values and Culture.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ability to provide technical and managerial leadership
- Ability to clearly capture customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Understand a variety of Fibre installation methods including overhead, underground and multi[1]dwelling units
- Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s such as quality standards, H&S standards, and adherence to customer agreements are kept
- Using your broad knowledge of Telecom Operations, you will be able to analyse current and future operational requirements.
- You will be responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.
- Happy to challenge existing processes and procedures, identifying problems or modifying working methods without the benefit of defined procedures.
- Conduct team reviews and be responsible for the personal and career development of team members.
