**The Role**:
To work closely with the patient and clinician to ensure they have an excellent treatment journey.

Treatments include bonding, Invisalign, implants and restorative/health focussed.

To be intuitive and adapt your consultations with the patient around their preferences, for instance some may be nervous, some may want detail and others want it simplified.

Lead virtual consultations as needed

Manage the full patient on-boarding from being their initial point of contact through to signing their consents and post treatment follow up.

Liaising with the dentists to ensure the patient is fully happy.

Monthly, realistic targets are set around the patient journey to deliver the best care possible.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience in a dental practice, ideally nursing
- Personable, organised, motivated
- Proactive and able to ready to make the role their own.
