**Overview** **Enterprise's Corporate Communications Team is excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist**

The Recruitment Marketing (RM) Specialist is part of the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand team, within the Global Corporate Communications team. This position will assist in the creation and execution of various recruitment marketing projects forour European markets, including Germany, France, Spain and the UK and Ireland.

This role will support our operating Groups in fulfilling recruitment marketing requests, including the production of recruitment marketing creative assets and communications to support local campaigns and hiring needs. The RM specialist will also providesupport with Enterprise careers web and social media strategy, including careers storytelling, content development and community management support. The translation of English content into German will be required. The role also will help support the TalentAcquisition community in recruitment marketing efforts through employee advocacy.

This role will require close collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing and Operations teams to support recruitment marketing needs within specific Regions and Groups. The RM specialist will ensure recruitment marketing activitiesadhere to brand guidelines and our employee value proposition.

The RM specialist will also work with our media partners, this includes creating company profiles, the posting of jobs, reviewing contracts and ensuring we get the best ROI.

This position reports to our Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Manager, and is located at our European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

**Responsibilities** Prioritise and fulfill recruitment marketing requests for our operating groups (Talent Acquisition and HR) and corporate Talent Acquisition team for all brands and all hiring needs/positions, including:

- Coordinate the production and implementation of recruitment marketing, employee advocacy programme and employee referral programme communications, including events, trade media/giveaways, sales collateral, print ads and promotions
- End-to-end project management of recruitment marketing solutions, including efforts by agency and/or in-house team of graphic artists, ensuring projects are successfully completed on time and within budget
- Ensure all creative is within employer brand guidelines and legally compliant before being printed/shipped or used electronically; work with print production team to ensure all pieces are printed/shipped on time and budget
- Manage social media activity to elevate the Enterprise employer brand with thoughtful and innovative approaches including:

- Drive content creation for all Careers-related social channels including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain employer review sites, like Kanunu/Glassdoor, to ensure the Enterprise brand is well positioned.
- Ensure content is current and up to date including messaging, video content, and creative.
- Translate/localise and validate translations for local markets as needed
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with field group personnel
- Primarily the Talent Acquisition and HR teams - to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Review materials to determine potential use with other career/employment content needs, including, but not limited to:

- Group Community Efforts
- Photography/ Video Requests and Rights Management
- Organize and maintain platforms and systems for digital assets, including:

- Photo/ video archives
- Print and promotional items ordering sites
- Filemaker: project request data base
- Shared department drives
- Assist in the coordination of general employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives to support special projects as needed.

**Qualifications** - Must have communications marketing, creative marketing, and/or marketing agency experience
- Must be fluent in German and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Analytical skills; attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skillsP
