**About Hitchfields**:
Hitchfields is one of the largest independent dealers in West Yorkshire, specialising in prestige and performance vehicles. We have over 100 vehicles in stock that can be viewed in our huge indoor showroom. We take pride in offering excellent service to our customers who from all ends of the country to purchase our vehicles. We are currently looking for an office administrator who is ambitious, professional and ambitious. The role is mainly office based however there will be an element of some customer facing responsibilities ie. meeting and greeting customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation
- Act as a first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional greeting both in person and over the phone.
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required by management.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working order.
- Support with data entry and the management of databases including sending documentation to our partners
- Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
**Key Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with customer-facing experience being highly desirable.
- Strong ability to be self-sufficient and think outside the box
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
- A professional and approachable demeanour.
- A full UK driving license
- A passion for cars is a bonus
