The Apprenticeship Programme:
The Apprenticeship Programme at Bloomberg is an exciting opportunity to enter the company in a full-time role, take on real responsibility, and discover new skills from day one. Our apprentices make meaningful contributions to our company, while also learning across the industry. Targeted at school leavers, young professionals, military veterans, and those seeking a career change, our program is designed to bridge the gap between the British education system and the ever-changing job market.
The Legal & Compliance Team:
Bloomberg’s Legal & Compliance Department plays a critical role in supporting our businesses and operations around the world. We move quickly and thoughtfully to help address a variety of complex legal and regulatory issues that come with being the world’s leading financial news and information company. Our team is made up of talented and hardworking professionals who think creatively and work collaboratively in an open environment to deliver results, drive innovation, and solve difficult problems. This is a great opportunity to join our Compliance Team and develop your knowledge and skills across various Compliance specialisms such as Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy, Electronic Trading, Conflicts of Interest, and Sanctions. As you develop your understanding of the relevant financial services regulations and their applicability to Bloomberg, you will take on tasks as part of the team providing Compliance advisory and analytical support to a whole range of Bloomberg products and services. We offer a dynamic and fast-moving environment that supports individual growth and offers an opportunity to develop a strong foundation of regulatory compliance skills and experience.
Eligibility criteria:
- Must **NOT** have completed a Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
