We are looking for a highly organised Print Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. With an awesome client portfolio, the role is ideal for a self-motivated, confident team player with extensive print experience.

This is a rare opportunity to gain agency insight and experience, and work as part of a close-knit, high-energy team in Leigh-on-Sea. Our passion is to create real value for our ambitious clients through hard-work, talent and technical know-how.

You must be knowledgeable about print but also aspire to develop your creative skillset and grow your print experience with on-the-job training and plenty of support from our team.

THE ROLE
- Become the main point of contact for our print customers and partners
- Management of print orders, from initial enquiries and client meetings to coordinating print and signage installs
- Liaising with our internal teams to assist with their print production requirements
- Managing projects with our print and signage partners
- Producing print quotes using in-house software
- Working on a wide range of exciting projects from print, signage, large format and POS

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET
- Minimum 3 years working as in a print related role
- Knowledge of technical print and production is essential
- Be able to work on your own initiative, personable and adaptable
- Ability to prioritise workload, organise and manage print deadlines
- Reliable, respectful of our clients & supportive of internal teams
- Experience of Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial but not essential e.g., Illustrator and InDesign
- Agency experience is beneficial
