**THE ROLE**

As our business expands, we are looking to appoint a Manufactured Parts Assistant to support both our busy Stores and Manufacturing Departments. Responsible for the delivery and replenishment of our manufacturing stock and materials, the Manufactured Parts Assistant will directly work alongside our Manufacturing Coordinator and ensure the smooth running of operations for our Manufacturing Departments.

**The role responsibilities include**:

- Managing the consumable parts for all Manufacturing Departments.
- Replenishment of manufacturing stock and raw materials with regular stocktakes.
- Picking build kits and repair kits for all Manufacturing Departments.
- Delivery of stock to all Manufacturing Departments.
- Creating works orders for parts to be manufactured and booking these out via internal computerised stock control system.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards by ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy.
- Supporting the Stores Department during quieter periods.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.

You should have good communication and teamworking skills and work effectively whilst following direction as well as under your own initiative.

You should have strong computer skills with knowledge and understanding of computerised stock control systems.
