Operating both operationally and strategically, having the technical expertise of an SME but having the gravitas to develop and maintain client relations. Operating across 150+ countries, with several thousand redeployment opportunities at any one time, this is a business where you will never sit still, (unless you want to of course) Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience in a 3rd Line LAN/WAN reactive operational role Experience managing P1/P2 incidents Professional Technical Certifications: CCNP Enterprise or equivalent Experience managing a Meraki SD-WAN model Strong Stakeholder management skills You'll have the following responsibilities Assess new in-life complex change requirements including the impact upon existing service and infrastructure and provide technical concurrence. Ownership and implementation of configuration changes to the supporting infrastructure. Attend customer change advisory board sessions, as necessary, and provide guidance on technical areas. Primary technical customer and business liaison for the in-life contract, interfacing with the account team where necessary for complex change and strategic discussions. Complex changes deemed as professional or consultancy services will be chargeable and managed as a contract change notification. Attend service reviews remotely as required. Engage in problem management providing support on technical issues. Provide matrix management of complex incidents. Managing complex incidents through to resolution via matrix managing other suppliers, 3rd parties, and internal resolver groups as appropriate. Suggest changes to the supporting infrastructure to continuously improve performance. Upon request undertake capacity analysis of the supporting infrastructure using an appropriate operational tool. Update and maintain technical operational documentation in life, post significant changes.
