**What will you be doing?**

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting Monsoon customers with enquiries about their orders, including tracking requests, refunds, and missing items, ensuring they receive the exceptional service they deserve.
You will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.
**Our typical shift pattern involves**: Monday to Sunday between 8am - 8pm.
**Salary**: £24,960 p/a.
**Please note.** This position is based at our site in Motherwell.
As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. So, there’s no room for average.
**Your role can include, but isn’t limited to**:
- Ensuring all communication with our client’s customers is handled professionally and promptly.
- Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes.
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered correctly.
- Taking ownership of the customer experience by providing excellent service.
- Achieving the key targets set.
- Adhering to quality standards and ensuring consistency in all interactions.
