**Main responsibilities (not limited to)**

**_Sales/Purchasing: _**
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Admin support for marketing activities
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO)
- Raise Internal Sales Orders (SO)
- Liaise with Operations Manager /warehouse/finance for fulfilment of POs and SOs
- Maintain sales and purchasing records
- Administer Customer Returns Process
- create stock records

**_Support Sales Executive through the following_**
- Enter new enquiries on the CRM system
- Follow-up and close out previous quotations
- Take enquiries from customers via ‘any media
- Sales metrics on CRM system

**_Sales Administration_**
- Admin tasks
- various
- Commission statements
- KPIs

**Any other task required by the role as may arise from time to time**

**_Experience required_**
- Previous experience in sales order fulfilment
- Sage 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communicator
- Strong IT System skills (Microsoft)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
