Our Partner is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join an established engineering team within a world-renowned precision engineering company. The CNC Programmer / Operator will be responsible for programming and operate state of the art CNC machines for the production of precision components for the Aerospace sector.

**Role**: CNC Programmer and Operator - 5 axis

**Overall Objective**: As a key member of the Engineering team the CNC Programmer will program, tool & set up CNC 5-axis machines.

**Reporting to**: Engineering Manager

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience**:Experience is desired but not essential. On the job training will be provided.
- **Skills**: 3+ years of experience with CNC machines, including 5-axis machines.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, Hypermill or similar.
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain 5-axis CNC machines.
- Skill in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Use of precision measuring tools and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring precision and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Willingness to adapt and help other departments as required in a 60 employee company.
