**Key Responsibilities**:
**Booking Management**: Creating reservations across our beautiful estate, ensuring guests have a seamless booking experience.

**Administrative Tasks**:Issuing invoices for guest stays and efficiently processing payments.

**Guest Check-In**: Welcoming and checking in guests, providing them with a warm and hospitable experience.

**Feedback Response**: Promptly addressing guest feedback to ensure their satisfaction.

**Maintenance Coordination**: Allocating maintenance tasks as needed to maintain our property's excellence.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in English as a first or second language.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred).

While no prior experience is required, a background in customer service is highly advantageous. Don't worry, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed

**Further Information**:
Whilst this role is predominantly weekdays, occasional evening shift and some weekend working will be required, along with the flexible approach and willingness to cover colleagues.

**Salary**: £7.97-£11.47 per hour
