Could your skills make a positive difference in the community?
We’re looking for a talented and proactive full time Multi Skilled Operative to join our busy housing repairs team, providing rapid response and planned maintenance services for local authorities and registered housing providers.
You’ll need a trade relevant qualification and have general building experience including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating, as well as a full driving licence.
No two days are the same, so you should be comfortable approaching every job with a positive attitude to problem solving - and asking for support from your colleagues if you need it - as well as keeping the customer updated on the work in hand.
Due to the nature of the role, you’ll also need to take part in the out of hours call out service on a rota basis.
