**Job Role**:
1. To be a positive, respectful and committed member of the production team.

2. Work together to ensure all products leave site on time, in full and of the best quality.

3. Basic health and safety and basic food safety training proved on site.

4. Become skilled in a range of different areas within production.

5. To support the teams in production with packing, finishing and all other tasks.

6. Opportunities for addition training in some of the skilled areas within production.

7. To ensure the maintenance of good housekeeping and Health & Safety within the department and the site as a whole.
