Workshop Supervisor

**Job Overview**

As a Workshop Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the servicing and maintenance of both customer equipment and a variety of plant and tools within our fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional customer service, and the workshop always runs safely and efficiently. You may also perform these duties at customers’ sites and as such an element of driving is part of the role.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience of working within the Tool & Plant Industry
- Proven experience working as a senior plant mechanic/fitter role with a relevant mechanical qualification or time served.
- Excellent communication, customer service and team working skills.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Well organised and efficient with the ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate sound planning and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated with high energy and the ability to lead and work in a team environment.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and environmental processes.
- Flexible approach to work requirements.
- Sound work ethic, taking pride in the work delivered ensuring excellence is demonstrated in everything you do.
- Clean driving licence.

**Pay**
- £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
