We are looking for a Team Leader who has experience working in a children's home and is looking for the next step up in their career. The ideal Team Leader will be confident, work well to their own initiative, posses excellent communication skills, is a good decision maker and has the ability develop staff to their full potential.** Acorn Homes is offering **£29,120 **per annum** (£12.00 per hour, including 2 sleep shifts per week, £40 per sleep) to its Team leaders. **Purpose of the Role of Team Leader**: A Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of a team of support staff to ensure that young people receive a complete person centred care service. As an excellent role model, they will lead, delegate, supervise and assess the Support Workers practice. Acorn Group also delivers education across two school sites (DFE registered), encompasses a Health and Well Being service which provides and delivers assessments and therapies.
