**Sales Manager/BDM. IT Infrastructure and Managed Services Sales** **£40,000 - £50,000 pa base + Car Allowance + package - OTE £70K +** **Birmingham, West Midlands. M6, M42 corridor. Office based with some WFH 1-2 says per week** Growing Managed Service Provider with established customer base requires an experienced Sales Manager to lead the existing sales team onto the next growth phase of the business. They have an established sales team looking for a Sales Manager who can providethe "finishing touch" of direction, new ideas and leadership. **The Role**: To work with the Managing Director to develop and deliver successful sales strategies that will contribute to the MD's vision of doubling the size of the business within 3 years. You will have at your disposal an existing team of account managers at various stages of their career with a varying skills set, from telesales to digital sales, soft sellers and deal closers selling modern IT and Telecoms to SMB market across the Midlands. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing fresh opportunities to on-board new business whilst ensuring existing clients are nurtured and invested for the long-term. **Required skills and experience**: Leadership capabilities gained from an ITC / IT Managed Services career background Excellent written and verbal comms skills Ability to liaise and communicate with suppliers, technical colleagues and clients at the appropriate level Must be a forward thinker with a can-do attitude Able to lead by example and with autonomy This opportunity offers excellent remuneration and benefits.
