Multi-Site Concierge - The role
We are recruiting for an experienced Concierge to join a dynamic and growing team.

This is a **multi-site ‘relief’ role** between four buildings, all in Kensington / Knightsbridge / Belgravia. This is a **_full-time permanent role of 40 hours a week, salary is £27,000._**

You will be covering holidays and sickness, so we require somebody who is able to be **very flexible about location and shifts.**

Previous Concierge experience is essential for this role.

- 14.00-22.00_

- 21.45-07.30_
- 12.15-22.00_
- 19.00-07.00_

**What will you be doing as Multi-Site Concierge?
- Meeting and greeting residents as they come in and out of the building
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Responding to daily enquiries and using initiative to resolve any issues
- Liaising with contractors regarding minor maintenance
- Regular building patrols, ensuring the building is clean and tidy at all times
- General administration
- Taking post and logging parcels onto the system

**What are we looking for in a Multi-Site Concierge?
- Previous Concierge experience is essential
- Total flexibility on location and shifts
- Previous experience working in a luxury establishment, eg: residential development or 4/5* hotel is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Very smart personal presentation
