**Role Overview**:
As a Support Worker, you will be a vital part of our team, helping individuals with diverse learning disabilities lead self-directed lives. Your role will involve fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging personal growth and independence. Using our proven Fusion model, you will play a key role in keeping the individuals we support at the center of our care approach.

**Qualifications**:
Experience working in a support or care role with individuals with learning disabilities.

A passion for person-centred care and a strong commitment to promoting individual choice and independence.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Empathetic nature with the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Flexibility in working hours, including varying shifts of 4 to 12 hours.

Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:
6 months previous paid experience of working as a carer or support worker

Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week

Access to your own car is essential for this role
