**The Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

The role of a **Trainee Recruitment Consultant** is a dynamic varied and demanding 360 recruitment role, but here at Navartis we are known for our outstanding Training Academy.

We invest, support, train and develop you so your full potential is reached. From day one you will join our 4-week NavAcademy, starting in our Training Bay where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced in-house Trainer & Training Manager. You will receive a mix of interactive coaching and mentoring with practical and theory based training, ensuring you have the expertise and foundations needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

**Key responsibilities**
- Using sales, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies
- Developing a good understanding of client companies and their business is key in order to build better, stronger relationships with client companies.
