Are you a Management Accountant looking for a fully remote contract? Are you eager to work in a fast paced, challenging environment? Are you interested in joining a public sector organisation?

Robertson Bell are excited to be supporting a leading public sector organisation based in Kent to recruit an Interim Management Accountant on an initial 3-to-6-month contract. My client is extremely flexible, offering fully remote working.

The key responsibility of this role include:

- Working autonomously to support numerous budget areas and ensure accuracy in the monthly accounts.
- Performing routine monthly tasks such as accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Regular meetings with budget holders to review the overall financial position.
- Have previously worked in a Management Accounting role, ideally within a public sector organisation such as Charity or NHS.
- Have excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and senior members of staff.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, as well as being highly organised in order to meet tight deadlines.
