We are currently recruiting for a Stadium Safety Steward for event based position.

The opportunity:

**Duties & Requirements.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety
- Assist in directing customers to their seats, checking customer’s tickets, and ensure aisles and walkways are clear to prevent overcrowding.
- Help manage the flow of customers at entry and exit points, particularly at the start and end of an event
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with venue rules and regulations, including no-smoking areas and no-entry zones
- Regularly patrol designated sections of the venue to identify and address any safety hazards or potential issues
- Report incidents promptly to supervisors and security team, and write incident reports as necessary
- Work with other stewards, security team, and relevant staff to address safety concerns promptly
- Attend training sessions and briefings to stay updated on safety procedures, and any changes in venue policies

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift durations vary and the position is event based only

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 2 in Spectator Safety qualification (preferred)
- SIA Door Supervisor License (preferred)
- Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work certificate? (preferred)
