As a **Customer Service - Sales Admin Specialist M/F/X** you will report to Customer service - Team Leader in the Sales department based in **Telford** for a **Permanent** contract - a half-time of 25 hours.
**What you will do?**
As the face of our Customer Contact Centre, in order to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience, your role will involve developing meaningful relationships with our customers, taking ownership of their journeys with us, and providing a best-in-class level of service.
Your duties will include to:
- Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to process sales orders and maintain alignment with company standards.
- Perform administrative duties promptly and professionally, adhering to Health & Safety and company quality standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of all Hager products through self-learning and training, ensuring knowledgeable customer support.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
