**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and market research while delivering tailored recruitment solutions and sales presentations.
- **Client Management**:Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business, act as the primary contact for inquiries, and negotiate terms and contracts.
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the entire recruitment process from job brief to offer stage, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, assisting in job offer negotiations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- **Market Research and Insights**: Stay current with industry trends and market changes, providing clients with insights on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, and sharing relevant information with the team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- **Performance Management and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and financial metrics. Prepare performance reports for management, highlighting achievements against targets and KPIs, and strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role in the recruitment industry.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
