Buyer - Guildford (Hybrid) - Permanent - £Competitive Advanced Resource Managers are looking for a Buyer to join their healthcare-based client in Guildford on a permanent, hybrid basis. This role will see you providing an excellent stakeholder service experience. You will need to bring your assertiveness and passion for service to the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to grow their career withina rapidly growing business. **Responsibilities**: - Support the wider category team in the development and delivery of HPL and procurement strategy. - Identify, review, and implement new policies and processes where necessary. - Support in the building and maintenance of the procurement workplan in order to achieve CIP targets and management of addressable non-pay spend. - Lead and manage small to medium value contracts and supply accounts. - Support procurement team on all sourcing activity. From contract and supplier management to daily functional management. **Requirements**: - Highly motivated, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously. - An assertive, self-confident, can-do attitude with the ability to handle potentially challenging stakeholder queries at all levels. - Previous experience within a purchasing role.
