We are currently seeking to recruit **Senior Healthcare Assistants** to work both **days and nights**, with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

**ABOUT YOU**:
To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience as a senior healthcare assistant within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will hold an SVQ 3 qualification and a PDA in Supporting the Healthcare Team in the Workplace at SCQF level 8, or willing to work towards this.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have experience and passion for supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.

You will have experience in working in a supervisory role within a care home environment.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
