**QC Laboratory Technician**

An opportunity to join an international, market leading company specialising in bolus technology, animal health, and micro nutrition. With an excellent reputation for delivering technically advanced products, tailored to suit the needs of farmers and their livestock this company has made a huge impact in the space. The QC Lab Technician will work across the R&D laboratory, QC laboratory and QA team performing analysis on developing products, raw materials and finished products. This role is also responsible for equipment maintenance.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Sample testing raw materials and finalised products as well as physical testing of solid dose formats, using ICP-OES & HPLC.
- Chemical Techniques - for example, titrations.
- Experiment management and delivering result reports to the team, including scale-up.
- Validation and maintenance of lab equipment, including calibration.
- Maintaining of, and writing new, SOPs.
- Investigating out of specifications and product deviations.

**What experience you will need to apply**:

- Background or understanding of analysis and wet chemistry lab work.
- Familiarity with ICP-OES desirable.
- GMP experience is a bonus.
