**Deputy Leader - Laughnlearn Wraparound Care**

Our Afterschool Wraparound Club was established in 2017 and since then we have evolved into a unique well-being environment that is improving the long term outcomes of our children. We are constantly improving our skills to help every team member improve their strengths and reach their goals through a combination of in-house or off-site training. Laughnlearn is a partnership of Parents, Children and our team, informality, equality and togetherness is our core strength as we all have a common goal. We are located in Bridge Integrated Primary School ground and are registered for 16 children from 4years 10months up to 12 years old. We also cater for the 2years and 10 months up to school age in our Playgroup, which we have just completed our first successful year.

Both groups are held in the Parents Room in Bridge IPS. The Afterschool Club and Breakfast Club rotate around a monthly plan were the children have input, this consists of building dens, construction, arts and crafts, junk art, cosy corner, water and sand tray, climbing frame, 2 large outdoor areas.

As we plan to grow, we are keen to expand our team with a Deputy Leader. We have a number of benefits:

The following outlines the criteria for this post:
QCF Level 3 Diploma I Playwork or Level 3 Diploma Child Care, Learning and Development

And/Or

Willing to work, or working towards QCF Level 5 Diploma in Playwork or Level 5 Diploma in Childcare, Learning and Development

**Or**

Relevant occupational qualification in Early Years Education, Social Work, Nursing, Teaching or Health Visiting

**And**

2 years experience working in a play, education, youth or day care setting.

**And**

Maths and English GCSE, or equivalent, at grade C or above.

**And**

Full driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,698.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

- Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
