**JOB PURPOSE**

The post-holder is expected to manage a team of External Consultants and the External Unitemps team’s activities in addition to managing their own accounts.

Continuously work to strengthen, build and grow the business by leading and developing the team.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Management of External Unitemps Recruitment Team**
- Manage, coach and develop team members of the External recruitment team.
- Manage work/account allocation, performance reviews and capturing and implementing of customer service improvement requirements.
- Hold regular visits and account reviews with external stakeholders and clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide key reports and metrics to management when required.
- Regular coaching, planning, monitoring and performance reviews with direct reports.
- Proactive supervision and monitoring of key performance indicators for the team by effective communication of individual/team targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that customer expectations are managed and met or exceeded, and ensuring that customer feedback is gathered regularly and acted upon.
- Initiate and devise sales incentives for team.
- In conjunction with the General Commercial Manager help to develop and deliver the sales strategy, and ensure the team are passionate about delivering it.
- Assist the General Commercial Manager when recruiting, training, and monitoring performance of new starters.

**Sales and Customer Service**
- Lead from the front by managing their own portfolio of accounts. Identify opportunities to sell the Unitemps services to prospective clients to help achieve customer requirements and meet and maximise Unitemps targets and required revenue.
- Report performance on activity on a daily basis, including all customer activity and provide regular client feedback to Recruitment Executives.
- Review Website activity on a weekly basis to make sure all incoming requests are contacted by the team.
- Build longstanding customer relationships through excellent service and sales provision.

**Office Management**
- Development of operational procedures and management of systems in association with the Unitemps Compliance and Operations team and WEG IT staff.
- Troubleshoot where complications arise with temporary bookings.
- Hold regular meetings with the Unitemps compliance team in management of temporary recruitment processes.

**Financial/Resource Management**
- The post-holder will contribute to the 5-year planning process for the external Warwick branch and will be responsible for achieving branch external targets and KPI’s.
