TSR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to their Construction Director. As PA, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logístical service to the Construction Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collation and distribution of weekly build updates to senior management.
- Processing site and agency timesheets and procuring agency staff for sites
- Collation and processing of monthly milage claims
- Track and log site paperwork
- Liaising with external suppliers to order equipment
- General administration duties
- Preparation for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings; agendas, paperwork, presentations and minute taking
- Coordinate training and health and safety checks for site staff

**Experience**:

- Experienced within a similar role
- Good written and spoken communication
- COINs software (desired)

In return you will be joining a lively office working environment, offering a salary of up to £27,000 plus discretionary company bonus and benefits.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
