**Responsibilities**: - Manage pipelines and utilise the most appropriate sourcing channels to identify the best talent and continually develop and engage diverse talent pools - Establish and maintain Early Careers talent pool while maintaining accurate information in the CRM (Avature) through a consistent communication strategy with a pipelined network of prospects - Manage market messaging to desirable talent eliciting increased applicant flow - Research the availability of diverse talent for niche markets and develop a sourcing strategy to engage and attract such talent in partnership with Talent Attraction and Engagement Team. - Coordinate with career services and other influential academics centres to promote Citi’s graduate programs and opportunities. - Collaborate and build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand position requirements with focus on the knowledge, skills & abilities required **Qualifications**: - An understanding of graduate, internships, and schools work experience programmes - Proven track record of executing volume recruitment - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage time proficiently while meeting deadlines with speed and efficiency - Strong organizational skills - Work well autonomously and with a team **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Recruiting - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
