**Mortgage Paraplanner**

My client is a well-established Independent Financial Advisers practice who provide a range of advice to Clients throughout the South of England. They currently have a highly successful mortgage team and they are looking for an additional Mortgage Paraplannerto support them. Some previous experience in Mortgage Administration / Mortgage Paraplanning is required and be comfortable liaising with clients face to face.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for the mortgage consultants who offer advice on; interest rates, bridging loans, second charges, equity release etc.
- Drafting and completing Mortgage Application Forms during meetings with the client and consultant present.
- To independently source suitable mortgages and responsible for carrying out research
- Liaising with Brokers from Lenders and introducers
- Liaising with accountants, solicitors/conveyancers to obtain and complete the necessary documentation to place a mortgage
- Attending networking events

Skills Required
- Some experience in mortgage paraplanning
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Useful to have systems knowledge of Trigold, 27Tech or Mortgage Brain.
