We are looking for a creative thinker with outstanding copywriting skills to write and edit copy for a variety of projects including comms, campaigns, scripts and content for film, digital and print.
You’ll join our fast-growing, talented creative team to work with a range of clients. However, your core role will focus on one of our largest, fastest growing client accounts - a global business with hundreds of thousands of employees spread across the globe.
You’ll become fully immersed in their brand and tone of voice, ensuring consistency and pushing creativity and quality across the account. You’ll create standout content for this client, and you’ll become a trusted expert who can advise and mentor others, to help us consistently deliver great, on brand work.
**We will require examples of your work, which can be uploaded with your CV.**
You’ll report into our Creative Director, and you’ll be supported by a comprehensive creative, client, project management team.
The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) is an unusually shaped communications group that creates experiences that inspire lasting change. We partner with clients to provide employee engagement, learning & training solutions, scientific engagement and capability building, all underpinned by applied behavioural science. We engage internal and external audiences through the creation and delivery of live & virtual experiences, film, digital, and immersive content.
**Our ideal person**
- Has considerable Copywriting experience, preferably in a similar agency role
- Is comfortable working closely with account and design teams to generate ideas and develop messaging
- Is a collaborative person who always works with team members respectfully and thoughtfully
- Will support us in raising the bar on creativity, generating ideas and writing characterful copy that connects with audiences
- Will be confident presenting copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients, with ability to pitch alongside a team occasionally
**What do you need to have **
- A passion for the written word
- A solid portfolio which demonstrates your copywriting chops
- A keen eye for detail and an appreciation of great copy and design
- Significant experience of working with and presenting to clients of all levels
- Familiarity with adapting to a TOV/corporate style guides
- A desire to work amongst a multi-skilled, vibrant creative team
- A lack of egono divas please.
