You will be responsible for accurate and timely accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. This role covers multiple companies in the UK and across Europe and is a key part of the finance team to support the Management Accountant andHead of Finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts Payable - data entry, ledger reconciliations, creditors bank payments
- Accounts Receivable - data entry, ledger reconciliations, and ensuring customers pay on time
- Company Credit Card - Reconciling and ensuring all payments are supported by invoices or receipts
- Banking - bank reconciliations on all UK and European entities in GBP, EUR and USD.
- Employee Expense processing - review, ensuring the company policy is adhered to and posting to the financial system
- Reconcile courier invoices against internal reports and commercials
- Ad-hoc projects and duties

**Personal Requirements plus Education & Experience**:

- Extensive track-record and experience in an accounts assistant or similar position. - Intermediate Excel skills are required.
- Netsuite experience will be advantageous.
- Must be highly organised and able to be flexible at month end, year-end, month end close timing

Pro-active with tasks and hands on.
- Self-motivated and able to work on his/her own, as well as with an International team.

**Other Skills & Abilities**
- Good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Resilient and able to manage and embrace 'change’ in a constructive manner. Good written and oral communication skills in English particularly
