**About the role: Finance Officer**

We are looking for a Financial Officer to join our well-established team in Oxford. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37 hours per week based at our City of Oxford College Campus.

You will be responsible for recording purchase transactions within the finance system to ensure accurate costs are captured and suppliers are paid within agreed payment terms. This role will be the first point of contact for stakeholders to help resolve all queries to ensure smooth running of business operations.

**What do you need to be successful as a Finance Officer at Activate Learning?**

To be successful in this role you should be numerically astute with some experience working in a finance related environment. Ideally you should have prior purchase ledger experience or be wanting to start a career within Finance.

You should be confident and adept in utilizing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel. You should be able to work independently when set tasks, whilst also being able to work as part of the wider finance team.
