**Role overview**

As Business Change Assistant, you will work alongside our Business Change Managers in supporting our ambitious growth targets to get from £100m to £200m turnover in the next 5 years. You will become an expert in everything Pricecheck - assisting on a series of key projects across the company you will be supporting departments through changes as they adapt to potentially significant developments to their working practices.

You will be supporting the link between strategic plans to service delivery and will therefore need to be an enthusiastic individual with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and an understanding for the impact of change. You will be a strong communicator with a passion to work on projects, working as part of a team and delivering to timescales in a fast-moving environment. You will enjoy problem solving and looking at different ways we can help our teams to implement new ways of working.

**Location**: Office based - S20, Sheffield - Hybrid working available

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supporting the linkage between strategic objectives and operational demands, you will assist the Business Change Managers to deliver on key projects from start to fruition.
- You will work in the roles to be affected by the change to understand the impact and communicate why the change is necessary.
**How you will do it**
- Establish strong working relationships across Pricecheck, ensuring stakeholder engagement and individual understanding of each role/ department within the company
- Working alongside the Business Change Managers and Senior Management to identify strategic goals and establishing the business change process
- Assist in developing solutions or interventions to help overcome potential barriers, improve performance, and ensure the smooth delivery of the project’s objectives
- Support in actively engaging and coaching those responsible for delivery of programmes and projects, to embed the use of business change tools and encourage an inclusive working culture.
- Ad-hoc duties as required to support Business Change Managers/ Senior Management
**Essential Requirements**
- Qualified to Degree level
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written across all levels
- Problem solving skills
- Resilient and flexible
- Good at creating strong relationships and networking with stakeholders
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Self-starter, confident and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
**Desirable Requirements**
- Experience analysing data to judge business change to support effective decision making
- Experience handling complex projects, problem solving and overcoming challenges
