Everpool Recruitment are currently seeking Registered Medical Practitioners who are looking for a new challenge, or a refreshing career change. This role will be dependent on your extensive medical experience and skills to undertake a combination of administrativework and face-to-face assessments of clients who are claiming ESA (_Employment Support Allowance_) in relation to a variety of longer-term disabilities and illnesses, and construct a report to DWP. The report will rely on the medical evidence and informationyou have accumulated using your analytic skills during the interaction with the client; this will enable decision makers at DWP to make informed decisions regarding benefit claims.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage administrative work and meetings with customers in a co-morbid manner.
- Use strong analytical skills to extract complete information and evidence.
- Confidently use IT software programmes to support clinical decision-making when undertaking filework and examinations and building reports.
- Abide by professional practice standards and 'best practice' are maintained in all areas of work.
- To deliver productivity and quality standards agreed between the business and the DWP
- Take onboard constructive critisicm and respond positively with feedback.
- Be able to work unsupervised and use own initiative, however to acknowledge personal limitations and know when support is needed.
