This firm based in Kent offers progression and study support, the key aspect of the role will be to work closely with Partners and Senior Management running a portfolio working with a range of clients.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Daily/weekly processing
- Processing and posting the invoices on Xero/Sage
- Monthly/quarterly reconciliations of control accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts (analysis of cashbook, reconciliation of control accounts and preparation of the lead schedule with guidance from the senior / manager)
- Preparation of the payment runs for senior's / manager's review
- Liaising with client to request information / resolve queries
- Ensure that allocated work is done within the time budget set
- Monitor own Retain bookings and discuss any additional booking requirements with senior / manager / mentor
- Study for or complete the AAT or ACCA qualification in accordance with the Firm's Student Terms and Conditions

**Competencies**
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- An ability to analyse and interpret data
- An ability to work as part of the team
- Proficient in using Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

**Academic Requirements**

A highly motivated and driven individual with a strong academic background including:

- 6 GCSE'S grade B and above including Maths and English
- Minimum of 300 UCAS tariff points from 3 A Levels
- Either AAT or ACCA part qualified or achieved a 2.1 degree in any discipline
