**Sales Support**

Prolifics Testing is an independent, specialist IT consultancy with a total focus in software testing. We provide QA and testing services and training solutions to a range of clients across the UK.
We are now seeking an enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in gaining valuable experience for a career in sales.

**The Role**
- A range of administrative tasks
- Reaching out to business prospects via telephone to promote the company’s services
- Building meaningful relationships with contacts at a range of organisations
- Generous commission paid on sales
- Updating the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage, maintain and monitor both clients and prospects
- Regular KPI reporting - weekly, monthly and ad-hoc via the company CRM system
- Populating the company’s databases with up to date contact details through innovative

**Prerequisites**
The sales support staff needs to have:

- a confident and engaging personality
- an excellent telephone manner and be a clear communicator
- a talent for developing relationships
- a positive attitude and ambition
- the enthusiasm to be part of a successful team

**Package Offered**
- Salary Range £29,500 - £33,500 depending on experience plus commission
- 20 days holiday, extended by 1 day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of
- 25 days.
