AK Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants in a local SEN (Special Educational Needs) school in Blyth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a supportive and rewarding environment, supporting children with additional needs from Primary through to Secondary age groups.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils.
- Work with students in small groups or 1:1 to support their learning and personal development.
- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among pupils.
- Help with personal care tasks, where necessary, to ensure the well-being of students.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is highly beneficial.
- Passion for working with children with SEN, with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
- Flexibility to work with a range of ages from Primary to Secondary.
