**The Opportunity**

As a member of our team, previous experience of working behind a bar in a similar hotel/restaurant environment is essential to ensure high quality service in a friendly and efficient manner. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and drink, is willing to learn and be knowledgeable and impart that knowledge to our guests of the 160 Gins we currently have and be able to deliver great service to our guests consistently.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Support Bar Manager and Supervisor in running the bar in line with the Company’s standards
- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, professional and sincere manner
- Ensure all customer requests are responded to promptly and effectively
- Deal with and report all complaints appropriately
- Ensure complete knowledge of our bar products and beverage service techniques, all cocktails menus, wine lists and specialties offered in the restaurant, bar and room service
- Ensure all beverages are served to the correct standards in a timely manner
- Implement and follow cleaning schedules in accordance with Company standards and Health and Safety regulations
- Serve tables, clear tables and plates, glassware etc., cleaning as you go
- Ensure your customers experience exceeds expectations
