Your job will be to provide a warm welcome to our customers, checking them in, doing cash and banking procedures and regular fire & safety walks. Other duties will include setting up the linen trolleys and cleaning equipment so that the Housekeeping team are ready to deliver Gold Standard Rooms.
You will be unloading linen deliveries, cleaning the public and back of house areas of the hotel ready for the next day. Experience in customer service and problem resolution would be beneficial.

**Please note, for this role would need to be over the aged of 18 year old, due to lone working, Working hours would be 11pm until 7am, this would included some weekends.**
