More about the role:
**Role Profile**:
As a Supervisor, your duties will be varied and will include overseeing the team in an assisted-service environment as well as supporting the general manager in delivering operational excellence in all aspects of the business. You will perform general duties which support the efficient running of the unit in line with contractual requirements.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the effective running of the area to ensure first class client and guest satisfaction by following instruction from senior management and taking responsibility for your area.
- Lead the team from the front and provide hands-on support with tasks they carry out to ensure an exceptional standard of service.
- Communicate effectively with all our guests, clients and colleagues; listen and respond appropriately.
- Support new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching and highlight appropriate areas for development to your line manager.
- Ensure all colleague members are always professional in their appearance and approach, towards colleagues, clients and guests, in-keeping with The Wimbledon Way
- Promote a proactive, can-do attitude within your team, leading by example with a methodical and logical work ethic.
- Ensure you acquire thorough product knowledge of items sold in your area in order to be able to train the team in advising guests on their product choice and maximise sales opportunities through selling techniques.
- Ensure that all administration you are responsible for is carried out in the correct manner and any operational targets are achieved.
- Employ a proactive attitude to Health and Safety Regulations and Food & Drink at Wimbledon policies and procedures by not only adhering to them, but actively promoting good safety habits and methods of work within your team.
- Ensure all equipment and signage supplied by Official Partners and Suppliers is displayed and used correctly.
- Safeguard all Food & Drink at Wimbledon property, stock, and equipment, following bespoke site procedures.
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with PCI and Profit Protection policies highlighting any issues or discrepancies with your line manager immediately.
- Ensure all Food & Drink standards and expectations are delivered and maintained throughout
