We currently recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Administrator to support our distribution contract at our site in Milton Keynes This role will support the operation with load planning and system administration. Working a 5 from 7 week covering AM and PM shifts

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplacepension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Own the Stock file on site, managing accuracy, integrity and reconciliation processes
- Complete all stock taking requirements in line with contractual obligations
- Drive engagement across the warehouse team, improving engagement ratings annually.
- Support all controls to deliver facility, equipment and colleague safety across the site
- Support the change control process for the warehouse, driving benefit for the customer and XPO
- Own and maintain effective fire evacuation and control procedures
- Systemic returns management and control
- Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met
- To ensure all user IDs are allocated correctly and that the system security is maintained

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Warehouse management system knowledge
- Influence and deliver results
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Inventory Background Knowledge
